People throughout the world are free to explore their surroundings. So, why do we need a video game with an open world like Grand Theft Auto? Perhaps because we see the idea of freedom in this series refers to a type of limitation. Moreover, we find out what unbridled freedom is, and why we should fear it in the real world.

But, more crucially, GTA does not happen in the real world. As a result, our mind is free of dread. From the moment you steal a car to the moment people go under the wheels of your car, everything you do will be sent to your neurons without any fear.

Every time you want to do something strange in the game. For example, you do weird things like shooting at pedestrians, hurling a canister at a gas station, and finally returning to the real world after dying in the game. This is a miracle made by Rockstar throughout the last 25 years. Continue reading this article to learn more about the best games in the GTA series.

The Beginning of the New GTA: GTA III

GTA III version transformed the Grand Theft Auto series into a 3D work with many roots in a flexible open world. Despite the series, GTA III made such an impact on the open world that its characteristics continue to influence unwritten laws.

The Liberty City from GTA III is still in the minds and souls of the series’ fans, and after a while, we saw another release of it in the fourth version. The third version was launched first for the PlayStation 2 and later for Windows and the first-generation Xbox.

Above all, the issues with this series began with its launch. The game’s 3D world at the time allowed users to experience violence and taboo themes more realistically. As a result, there have been some criticisms of the series that have persisted so far.

GTA Vice City

Every now and then, we hear rumors about returning to the Vice City map in the upcoming version of GTA, GTA VI. This shows how much users adore this wonderful city. On the other hand, we can simply confirm that the developers did an excellent job in designing and implementing GTA Vice City.

GTA Vice City is one of the most well-known and sentimental video games of all time. Tommy Vercetti, the game’s main character played by Ray Liotta, a famous Hollywood actor, can still bind gamers to their seats. This game was Rockstar’s most expensive work, with a budget of $5 million.

The game developers of GTA Vice City decided to describe it in the form of a fictional journey to Miami and putting all activities in access and a gangster plot, together with cinematic characteristics, a unique and credible story in the video game universe.

The Most Memorable GTA Version: GTA San Andreas

Everyone can split the gaming industry into parts based on the success of certain games and the size of their impact. San Andreas is a game with an uncommon feature that can divide the video game industry into two parts: before and after San Andreas. After the release of this game, your life may have been divided into two parts as well.

Many gamers agree that San Andreas is the main reason we love video games so much now. Remember one of the industry’s liveliest cities, the main character, and several supporting characters. Finally, we can’t simply ignore the game’s freedom of action and power.

The simultaneous release of the GTA SA version and the growing popularity of 8th-generation consoles, particularly the PlayStation 2, prepared the groundwork for this appealing version to become a legend. CJ’s background, corruption in underprivileged neighborhoods, the concept of family, and, in a nutshell, all parts of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas laid the foundation for self-identification, which has remained intact to this day.

GTA V

GTA V is one of the best-selling entertainment products in history, as well as one of the most praised and well-known video games ever made. Even the release of a game like Red Dead Redemption 2 and its outstanding sales couldn’t match GTA’s popularity.

Nobody expected Grand Theft Auto to remain at the top of the sales charts after GTA III sparked numerous debates about children’s mental health and unbridled violence. However, the fifth version of GTA completed the same work in such a way that perhaps only the next version of this series would be able to replicate it. Despite its dominance over story-driven games, GTA V set the foundation for one of the series’ most amazing multiplayer modes for the first time.

The Most Admired Version: GTA IV

Explaining the best version of a franchise is one thing; explaining one of the greatest works in history is another. Niko Bellic, the protagonist of GTA IV, is a former soldier. A former soldier who reaches Liberty City in the United States from Eastern Europe for reasons you’ll soon discover in the game.

It’s admirable to see how successfully a comedy series like GTA IV transformed into a dark comedy in its IV version. A witty comedy that walks on the edges of politics, sociology, philosophy, and all serious issues in our world while never stumbling. So, unlike the V version, which reverted to the series’ usual vibe, GTA IV takes a new path. GTA IV was created with the same mindset as Red Dead Redemption 2.

At first glance, GTA IV appears to be a work that will occupy your free time, but upon a closer look, we discover that it is a game that will entertain and engage you with your mind. These are not things that you can read and comprehend; That’s why Rockstar has already begun work on an ambitious masterpiece. Do you think Rockstar will try anything similar in GTA VI, or will it stick to the GTA V approach?
